Humans Of Envera: Quentel Smith
Quentel Smith is a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) at the Envera Engagement Center and works on multiple solutions and programs. Below is a brief interview with one of our most passionate and dedicated PACs.
Who is the most influential person in your life?
“My mother. I always live to make my mother proud. She was my driving force and I did everything for her. I want to make a life for myself so I can take care of her. She was an amazing woman, loving, kind, compassionate, stern and hard working. Didn’t make excuses when it came to getting things done. She helped me see the bright side of things and look at things from others perspectives. Inspired me to be the best.”
What are you most proud of at Envera Health?
“[My] proudest moment in the [Envera] engagement center was when I potentially defused a situation and saved lives.”
What’s one of your most challenging moments?
“[The most] challenging moments [at Envera] are moving from program to program [but I] always focus on open communication, keeping the faith, having a positive outlook, and working as a team. It’s not about me, it’s about others.”
What quote or saying inspires you?
“I’m inspired by the quote: ‘always strive to be on the top because the bottom is overcrowded.'”
