Tammy Mullins has 20+ years of experience working with innovative technology and ecommerce organizations within leadership roles supporting up to 3,500 employees. With a background in organizational psychology and organization development, she enjoys solving business challenges creatively while positively affecting every aspect of an employee’s experience. She cares deeply about others, their stories, struggles, and success, and thrives in complex changing atmospheres where the rules and regulations tend to shift often, forcing her to stretch beyond her comfort zone and to adapt quickly. In addition, she is a self-confessed learning addict with a penchant for incorporating psychology, neuroscience and behavioral economics in to the context of her work.
